Office Stress is a widespread problem in those days. People work more hours and competition at work is harder than ever before. Even when people come home, they are often still at work! Expectations also play a large role in office-related stress. Some expectations from other employees. You may need to meet a deadline to be able to please the boss or you will get a bonus. The worst kind of expectations, but are the ones you up. It's OK to set goals for themselves to improve production. If it's too much but insists it is examined at the time, a different attitude.
