Stress can affect humans if they do not get physically, to cope. It can really affect their health. You may experience headaches, stomach disorders and diabetes. To stay healthy for people to be healthy and the immune system to be functioning properly.

When people stress can affect them, they have to pass up for anything. One of the most common health issues facing them, ulcers. Ulcers can affect what you eat, thecan lead to weight gain or loss.

If any of these problems exist, they should seek medical advice.

Warning Signs

There are some warning signs to tell on you. One is that changing your appetite. They can be highlighted if you do not eat so much and have lost weight. Or you can eat more than usual andWeight gain.

You are tired or start to experience anxiety. You feel exhausted and did not get enough rest. You are about problems that you can not control them, or wondering how they're going to turn out hit. You're not sleeping well, if at all.

Your muscles ache or do your headaches, do not stop. You can not concentrate on the point at hand and you can be constantly distracted. You start to drink alcohol or are addicted to strongDrugs.

Once you realize that these things can affect you, you should help themselves, as soon as possible.
